It's all coming together!!

I've been working on my spring body after a winter of heavy lifting.  I've made adjustments to my routine adding lighter weights for more reps.  Slow protracted movements aimed at putting maximum stress on the muscles to fatigue them early in the workout forcing muscle growth.
I've also been stretching a lot to ensure muscle elongation which adds to the overall symmetry.  My waist has gone from a 33 to a 31 and my abdominal area continues to get closer to what I want.  Hard work but pays big dividends.
