Did shoulders and some light arms tonight.  Decided to hit shoulders pretty hard actually.  Most people don't know but nice shoulders can help square off the chest when you're trying to get that chiseled well balanced chest.  I do find something cool... I recently found out that someone I know has decided to dedicate himself to losing weight and he currently has a blog.  I'm going to follow it if I can find it again...lol  What's sad is it is how I started this.... I'm a bit retarded at times.  OH well... shower power time.
