     Well I over slept so I have to cut my run from 6 to 3 miles this morning.  I'm wondering if I should eat before I got because I'm really not that hungry.  When I say eat I don't mean a big meal.  I mean some quick carbs because I hate to run with that empty stomach feeling.  That's the part about a fast metabolism nobody talks about, the fact you wake up hungry and pretty much stay that way all day (well in between meals that is).  Wait, I'll eat an avocado and a piece of toast (no white bread or wheat with dunka doo in it.  Forks over knives all day long.  That should getter done.
    I wonder who reads these?  I use to be interested in reading blogs but never really got around to it.  This is actually my first experience trying to blog on the regular instead of getting pissed and using it as a means to anonymously go on written tirades about my day.  I don't do that anymore because I don't get angry like that.  I've finally found my place in the world and am navigating upwards.  It's fun.... (insert fartknocker laugh) Yaaaaay!!!

For anyone interested, you can have great lean muscle and be a vegetarian... I do.   Right now I'm 6'1" 192 pounds with right around 5% body fat.  I stay between 5-6% at all times.  Oh... I grew a beard.  I'm shaving it eventually but I did grow one for the first time out of Duck Dynasty curiosity.  Kill it!! Do Work!! Get fit.  Also don't forget to exercise your brain by reading.
